To obtain ISO 9001 certification, Apolo Embalagens met numerous and rigorous requirements, seeking to apply excellence in the standards determined for the management and quality process.

This strategic tool is used in most countries, where more than 1 million companies have already achieved it. It improves customer service, enabling the improvement of numerous mechanisms that integrate the production process. It is also used to measure customer satisfaction levels, improving the effectiveness of company management.
